More advanced than the previous two drills where the intention is the same for them with trying to keep the feet shoulder width apart but now working on more angular movements. This will be the most difficult to complete as the athletes will want to take larger steps instead of focusing on the small, quicker reaction. One other note is to focus more the shoulder movement where the hands are not coming up above the chest and are coming back as far as possiblekeep the arms at ninety degrees at all times.
