@mrjjking77 do you mean as a stand up, or comedian in general? ricky's stuff is good and smart, but a different style for sure. i don't think "out of his league" is the right term though.

This would be much better without Ricky Gervais who is obviously not in the same league. Couldn't they have got someone better than that? Had Carlin died by then? I don't know, Gervais just reeks of desperation.

Seeing Louis CK absolutely killed, just red faced and wheezing is so cool and different. He's usually so aloof and he reigns himself in reactions-wise, but seeing him just sit there and shit himself laughing like a regular dude is amazing. Humanizes him for me in a big way.

"Sitting on a cock cause I'm gay" is funny on multiple levels. Yes, it's an absurd parody, but it's also hilarious because the guy feels the need to explain why he has parked himself on another man's penis, as if there was some confusion regarding his motives. Why else would you sit on a cock? To meditate? You'd think the gay part is self-explanatory. The mere fact that he's cock-squatting should put to rest any doubt of this man's intentions or homosexual tendencies. Yet he explains anyway.
