Chance to fly the Phenom 100 Jet

April 24, 2010 - I got the chance to fly the new Phenom 100 jet and wow! What an amazing plane. I can now brag about having 30 minutes of jet time in the logbook and 1 takeoff and landing. :)

I flew right seat in a CJ2 once and the pilot literally let me fly the plane, right seat. I'm only a private pilot but I noticed on takeoff it was much easier in a jet. No p factor or anything to compensate for. The wing loading is high so it isn't squarely compared to a 172. These small jets are sweethearts so I guess that's why he let me fly it. I was referencing your comment in the video where you said you were surprised he would let you fly the Embraer, he let you because it's EASY!
