hahaha, talk shit about Latinos in 'roach coaches' and saying they dont make their food with fresh, local, healthy ingredients (news to me?) yet he's serving people sandwiches white bread? I love to go crazy w/ grilled cheese at home... and I can do it without the exploding ego and prohibitive prices! everyone open your fridge and make your own damn sandwich!

I love the concept and the food is great off this truck but when he blurts out things like, "...Now we have chef's putting out good food with quality product..." it sounds so "uptown" and stuck up. I have grown up on the Eastside of Los Angeles and I challenge this "chef" to cook up anything better then the food that I've grown up with on many of the local (what he has also defined as "roach coach's" /Blanket statement???? ...F#$ that too!) trucks "back home!" Suddenly he's not as cool anymore.
