Well you know when you just try to open task manager and you have like 2 seconds before it closes. close everything so "Privacy Protection" is the only thing running and go to task manager hit the down arrow and delete button really fast and that worked for me and i just deleted it from my desktop and it never showed up again and I checked my registry and its completly gone

@ArmoredKnight01 do you know if it installed a rootkit with it? I've read that it led a backdoor for anything else. I located the file and changed its name so it'd stop me from doing anything. I was surprised that's all it took to shut that thing up. Tried calling Dell and Microsoft, but all they wanted was money.

THANKS! :P Helpful in so many ways but I used an avast boottime scan as soon as i seen it pop up restarted my PC, found some viruses got rid of them, it came back on but the thing didnt come back on so, I found its source from Task manager mine didnt have the DLL file that u deleted with it but then just now deleted in the registry because its process was running in the background :/ TY :D

@FrozenShadow99 It come back because you visisted the website that automatically downloaded the virus to your computer.Just figure out what website is causing the download and never visit it again.For me it was some Japanese piece of shit.If it comes back right after you downloaded it then you have a problem..

you dont have to download anythin...got to safe mode...right click the privacy desktop icon and find target..then go to the location and delete it then delete the desktop icon and voila...it worked for me...it can work for you
