This is How To Process A Lobster As Rough As It Looks Or How Bad I Make It Sound, Truth Is Lobsters Have A Minimal Central Nervous System So It Feels Nothing. http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2005/02/14/tech/main673989.shtml (A Study) and I Quote "Lobster biologists in Maine have maintained for years that the lobster's primitive nervous system and underdeveloped brain are similar to that of an insect. While lobsters react to different stimuli, such as boiling water, the reactions are escape mechanisms, not a conscious response or an indication of pain."

@ExploringBeyond While alive a lobster is black, some may be blueish but rare. After you cook them, boil, microwave, steam, sand fire pit etc.. they turn red. But the microwave cooked lobster does NOT taste the same.
Boil it yourself and use sea salt water, will never eat a better lobster. I know, grand-father, father were fishermans, and I worked in factories for a long time.

I also wanted to ask, what's the difference between a red lobster and a black lobster? Do they all taste the same?
