Just by seeing how my mother and father interact and communicate (By that I mean not at all), I've trained myself to only refuse to tell my boyfriend what he's done wrong when he actually hasn't done anything wrong and I'm just having a laugh.

YEA!!! That's one thing I absolutely hate- when a woman tries to write from a mans perspective! I have this friend that's really into romance novels and she got me to read one. I've never hated someone's writing as much as a lonely 42 year old woman writing as a "passionate" 20 year old man
