505 raw back squat. Crushed the depth. No belt. No knee wraps. No spotter.
I injured my back a year and a half ago. My doctor said I'd be an idiot and in constant pain if I ever resumed my heavy lifting. After taking a year off for physical therapy, I'm back at the heavy weights again, and all my lifts are better than ever.
if it weren't for the goatee this wouldn't be nearly as epic
