how long did it took you?

i made up a track, wich i drive in [around] 4:50 minutes, and i drove it 12 times and it took me almost an houre!!!! O______o

Yes. Save it as a replay (change the name to it's easy to find) and pick just that one. (It'll still have all your cars) and click Record Video (or something similar). Just press Ok. It'll ask you to go to windowed mode. Do that and press ok at the next window.

so when i save the changed angles on the replay editor, is there a way to record it?

If you're in the track editor, click on the little camera icon and click "Record MediaTracker Ghost". You'll race your track. After you're done, you can change the camera angles.

Or, you can just use the replay editor and change the camera on a saved replay.

and how do you change the camera views on a custom track?

Yes. Before you edit them, select more than one. They must be on the same track.
