Metroid Prime (GC) Part 6 - Boss: Hive Mecha

Part 6 of my attempted Metroid Prime Video Walkthrough.

This time, we have to fight the Hive Mecha.
Easy boss, if you know how to fight him.
Scan the Mecha and the wasps first. Then wait until the wasps stop.
Take your chance to destroy one or two.
Jump as soon as your hear their high-pitched cry to dodge their ram attack.
Attack the red light on the mecha, when you destroyed all the wasps.
That will damage the mecha and it will send another swarm of wasps against you.
Repeat that two more times and you will get the Missile Launcher.


Next time, we will get some more goodies, before the next big battle.

Same here.

But it didn't take long to figure out, how to beat this boss easily.

Just jump as soon as you hear their high-pitched cry and they'll miss you. ;)
