Oh thank you so much! That sounds delicious! I could use Grand Marnier or any liqueur. What a beautiful cake it looks very impressive and delicious. Thanks again for sharing, I really love all the spices in Persian and Indian food. Iv'e had the opportunity to eat alot of vegetarian Indian food in the past and I miss the wonderful spices. ( Except rosewater) Thank you for your response! Please post more!

I just love your serving dishes...U inspire me to cook Persian...I miss my friend who use to make this for me...
Thank you for sharing the videos. I was wondering if there was something else you could substitute for the rose water. I don't like the taste of rose water. Thank you very much.

@daisypom1 Sure! You can use orange blossom water to keep it Middle Eastern or even brandy. I have also used a delicious liquor called Frangelico. You can fill the Roulade with Nutella, Dulce de Leche or even peanut butter....your imagination is the limit!

@hamuda22
HI!! The pan size is 17″x12″x1″ jellyroll. Make sure you whip the eggs for at least a minute. Visit my blog or website for the complete recipe. All the details are there. I hope it turns out delicious!
