  • @LeoMessi42, Mine are all tank bred. I dont feel that there's a need to take them from the wild anymore. I feed mine on a wide variety of foods ranging from bloodworm. Prawn and brineshrimp, together with a good staple food such as Tetra Prima. Make sure to post a vid of yours when you can.

  • You really need something a little bigger. 60L is the minimum for a pair

  • Hi there , Great video he seems really tame. I have just got a synodontis Muhipunctatus. My chiclids seem to hammer all the flake of the top and im a little worried he is not getting enough food?. I am going out to day to get him some baby brine shrimp/crill etc will this sort him out..Thank you in Advance. DM.

  • Hi, thanks for the comment. Multi's are nice fish, but yes your cichlids will tend to get the lions share of the food. A couple of idea's spring to mind - One is to buy "Tetra prima", or similar sinking pellets, both multi and cichlids should get at the food equally that way. Another thing to do is to put in the food as the lights go out, your catifish will have a distinct advantage over the cichlids that way and will get to the food quicker.

  • how big do these get can they go with african cichlids thx
