Received in Portugal on 9th August 2008.
The end of a Gardening show, together with station identification & advice to
buy a digital TV converter box.
Probably my last transatlantic reception
of the USA via sporadic E as they
change to digital transmissions early in 2009.
Wonder if anyone in say Boston or Portland,Me ever got an Eskip of the 1975 episode of Doctor Who's "Genesis of the Daleks" when it was airing for the first time originally on the BBC? Eskips could have been useful if one could have recorded "lost" programs that the BBC destroyed later on

basically; anything I got decently with analog, I get with Digital; Google my name; go to the first result which is my Wikipedia and go to the radio mast section.

Oh yes. I find that with DTV I can get just as many channel; since I didn't count super staticy stations as stations I got; anything that was clear enough to make out my DTV box programs; and it is clear; so I find DTV to be better.

FM signal across the Atlantic? The curve would require an antenna on the moon lol.

i love analog tv at least you can hear it and see it if the tv ain't staticy it isn't worth watching id say especially when watching dragon tales it sounds pretty cool staticy i hope all the people get together and ask obama and the fcc to revoke the digital tv thing it is way worse than having nothing cause where i live my neighbor has all the digital things antenna box and all and still nothing what a rip

Digital will be tropo due to most of the US stations being in the UHF side of the band. You might catch some eskip of VHF stations in digital. All you need to do is buy one of the US converters if you don't already have a digital TV.
