Me adding a bit of rhythm guitar to one of my favorite Television songs, "Glory".

Television, from the 70's CBGB's scene along with The Ramones, Iggy Pop, Lou Reed, Patti Smith, etc...

Tom Verlaine on guitar and primary songwriter, their album "Adventure" is a beautiful creation combining the raw grunge sound of those times with real musical quality.

  • achtungjackass - Thanks for your comment, I do appreciate it! The only music/chords I have for it is the record I'm playing along with. I could easily chord it out though, it's pretty basic, mainly just D, E, and A.

I play this in open E tuning... it starts in D, at 0:57 I slide down to open E, then at 1:05 I slide up to A. And that's basically it, simple but I love the song!

And the guitar is a Vantage X-99 I've had for 20+ years, I absolutely love it.

  • iggy pop and lou reed are not from the CBGB

  • Sounds good! Do you have the chords or music for it? :-)

What guitar is that? The headstock looks like an Aria Pro II, but I'm not familiar with the body.... maybe I'm wrong.
