EAS Alert - October 23, 2077 (Fake, duh)

I had always had somewhat of a fear of these "Emergency Alert System" doohickeys. I mean, the black background, the loud screeches, there was simply NO way it could be interpreted as anything but BAD!
So I asked myself one day, "What's the best way to overcome a fear?" My answer: ridicule it! So I did...sort of. For those who haven't caught the joke here, October 23, 2077 is considered the date of World War 3 in the PC RPG game series "Fallout." The events leading up to this moment included China invading - and likely taking - Alaska, and the United States annexing Canada. This "alert" is a mock-up of what the unlucky people might have seen on their TV screens before the 2-hour war began.
I attempted to make it as realistic as possible (with respect to mubd1234 and jacobdallen for inspiring me with fake EAS alerts of their own), but I'm sure I've missed a few details. If you can spot them, could you please tell me?
Also quieted down the SAME codes and the attention tone for this; if I got it right, it should be around the same sound level as the voice. Still, careful with the speakers. I've got the feeling I don't know my own power.

This is the most realistic EAS fake I've seen. just, wow.

P.S. I've also had a fear of these, but only when they occur at night. XD That's why I tremble when watching late night TV. When they happen during the day they're awesone.

These things make me almost wanna shit and piss myself at like 2 am. Im asleep or playing cod on my laptop in bed, then BZRRRRRRT!!!!! I then think "Shit, im about to die!" Then i reach for the remote, turn it off, then hyperventilate.
