@javajunkie101 I can feel your pain and frustration. I have been dancind prior to the tribal fusion movement. I fact we were doing our own version with Joan Iris Stewart around 1981. I hope that you recover fully and have a good ortho, person. I had sent nutrition info to Ms, Rachel Brice, take your B groups, as it is extremely important. I hope that you recover well and maybe we can dance together god willing! Bless you, do nor give up!

@molarmama5 I thank you kindly for the inspiration. However, I was in a car accident that took me out of work for 6 months. I would love to be able to move with out pain to begin with. You were very kind to offer advice at any rate. :) Perhaps some day I can do one move like this. One could only hope and pray. I bid you peace.
