You censor records. Then you censor books. Then education is censored. Wait ! It already has been. History, as taught today , is already as slanted as it can possibly get. YOU make the choice. Just like you make a choice to do ALL of the things you do on a daily basis. Strange the amount of bullshit that is on conservative talk radio is not up for grabs in these types of debates. Conservative talk radio = One religious viewpoint + disdain for anyone that doesn't agree with that viewpoint.

We're on the same page then, really. I think it's fine to disagree with what he thinks about these moral decisions, but everyone else in the room wanted the government to step in, and that's an awful idea.

I agree that the government shouldn't make these choices for us. But I was not talking about the government I was talking about our individual responsibility to express ourselves in a manner that is not harmful to other. Maybe you think that kind of expression is not harmful but there is over 1.2 mill views of this video. Two last points. You say " He's JUST saying you can make your own moral choices" He is doing more that JUST and he is making immoral choices not moral.

They're not childish. He's just saying you can make your own moral choices and the government shouldn't for you. If everyone else were arguing that the law be written to some other non Christian religion's set of morals, you'd probably agree with him.

Zappa comments are childish. He knows it and so do we. We lie to ourselves so we can continue to do wrong. Christ is the only answer.
