Glad I uncovered this movie. Appreciate Youtube due to this kind of content...
My homeboy had been bullied. He explained he was planning to get bigger. I did not believe him. Until he added 40lbs of absolute lean muscle mass. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible - look in Google. He doesn't get bullied anymore. I personally signed up the other day. Not to mention this guys emails are cool!!!

The entire hamstring lengthens equally, but because of the angle produced by the hip and knee angle the stretch is felt mostly In the upper part of the muscle. Hope the is helpful. We are about to release new, more instructional vids as well. - Eric

I'm not sure how you can stretch your "upper hamstring." That seems like saying "I'm going to stretch the upper part of this rubber band" as you pull it apart. Can someone explain that to me?
