Dusty Uses the NeilMed Sinus Nasal Rinse

Looking for a cure for my allergies, I try the NeilMed Sinus Rinse for the first time. It's quite a shock at first but after you get used to it, it's not so bad. Plus, afterwords, I could breathe clearly. I love it!

These are great, but if you have real problems you probably need sinus surgery first. I had it 3 years ago and most of the issues are resolved

the bottle should only be filled to the dashed line to maintain the right salinity of the water. You wont feel any burning/stinging. Also keep your head down more and keep your mouth open and throat open. A little will get into your throat/mouth but thats the way it is. This stuff is GREAT. enjoy

thanks for the laugh, i needed it. first off you weren't leaning forward enough and kinda point your chin towards your chest. it shouldnt be coming out of your nose like that. yeah it works great once you finally get the hang of it. i stopped taking any allergy meds because this is soo effective.
