Let me say this, the food is loaded with high fructose corn syrup, not sugar. Sugar IS more healthier than that high fructose corn syrup. Also, 85% of USA foods is not organic. Those two things there will keep you fat.

You're eating veggies, fruits, and meats - NOT organic. You'd be surprised how much an organic meal matters.
