The Government has issued an alert on the cholera outbreaks following an upsurge of the disease that has killed 81 people countrywide. Public Health minister Beth Mugo says the outbreak is as a result of water shortage and extreme weather conditions that have prompted residents to compromise on water sanitation standards.
Why was it not declared a national disaster??? Why?? Why not? Kenyans, if you really knew what a government is supposed to do, then you would have long sought a better alternative. For example, why in the midst of this cholera has KIBAKI not spoken? This is NOT the way citizens should have their country run. Shame on the citizens of this country. Shame on you.

Hassan John MP it is easy to blame others , you are the minister so you sought this problem out. You need the Muzungus(white man) back again to run Kenya. Is mama magani still in Mombasa?
