Great Video! What Mac are you using? I have tried your setting on my 7 Min Video, and it takes 3 hours to export. Your export goes so quick! I am using an Imac 3.06 Ghz Intel Core i3 with 12 GB 1333MHz RAM.

Nice video, but not sure if I would want to do all of those changes to the settings every time!

@DieByMacro thanx it works!

@MrCod02 from what you've written I think you might want to export your project to a real video and I think the File > Export method is not the best way. All you have to do is click Composition -> Add to render queue, then the Render queue panel will appear, there you will have a few setting to suit your needs, then click Render. This would take a really long time so I think you probably might want to grab a cup of coffee while it's rendering.

1 question about adobe after effects i have a normal macbook and i have quicktime player but if i export my vid in adobe after effects I get three options and i can't open all these if i exported it
this options i have : adobe flash player (SWF)
Adobe Flash proffesional (XFL)
Adobe premiere project
can you help me please?!
Is this better than Apple ProRes? or is like a substitute for it?

@mel20262002 This is a different "category" of codecs, as it is mainly for finely tuning a video and its tinker points. Since it is built off of another major encoding standard, it would not be a substitute for a higher end solution of Apple ProRes.
