Here is a finesse. Create new guides. Horizontal and Vertical at 50% each (YES enter 50%).
Position the cursor at the center of the guides, click while holding the CTRL, SHIFT, and ALT keys. The circular path is centered around the object.

how do u invert the bottom text so that they are both right side up?

I learned three extremely important things. Typing on a path of course. But two really basic things i should have learned YEARS ago like Option+Shift to resize from center (uuuuuuuhhhh i wish i had know that soooo many times) and when making a selection with a marquee pressing space to move around while you do it. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU---

Became available with Photoshop CS. It was about time Photoshop started shipping with a text on path tool!
