Do you think some of the top people (mayors etc) are getting paid (under the table of course) to dispose of some of these chemicals by dumping trace amounts in the drinking water at the water treatment plants????? They could get rid of a lot of hazardous waste in that manner!!!! That would be worth a lot of dollars to some people!!!!
