windows xp pro and earlier. u need 2 go sound settings. in 1 of tabs in there it has option for midi. set it 2 usb cable listed in there. k/b shud b recognised by fls or cubase. midi files will play through keyboard instead of pc speakers.
vista doesn't have this option and u need to make a REG file & double click it for vista to route it through k/b. google for "how 2 set midi in windows vista" 4 how 2 do this.
i use cubase, bt fls has its uses 4 making loops. its down to personal preference.

Hi!I have one question, can you tell me, if you connect pa 50 to computer with usb-midi flex and use Fl studio or cubase?How can i connect my pa50 to computer with usb-midi flex and using it as midi keyboard in Fl Studio.Please answer if you can..
