You might have heard of the Swedish midsummer tradition, the day when everybody in Sweden gets drunk and dance around a Maypole. Anyway, last year IKEA Germany produced commercials where they made fun of the swedes and their Midsummer tradition. The commercials got banned by the head office at IKEA Sweden (IKEA is a Swedish company).

you comment is totally stupid! just because germans made the commerical doesn't mean that they are nazis or would you claim that every sweden is drunk in midsummer? you can't condemn them if you think in the same stereotypes ..
Banned bc itd be funny if Swedes had written it but with Germans pennig it, this stinks of racism and the Nazi idea of superiority over its neighbours-everyone for that matter. I live in Sweden and like the Swedes. Ive not seen one maypole:-) . IN my opininon there should eb more commericals poking fun at ze germans

The sad part, however, is that that video pretty much depicts the truth. I can tell as a swede, that's no exhaggeration.
