Shoudn't the title say "burn fat" rather than "burn bellly fat"? I don't think you can specifically target where on your body you loose fat from.

I have spent money one time or another on two of the guys in the video. what i have found is that if you lower your calories, workout with weights at least four days a week, and add a few conditioning days in the mix, you will see results. there is no special program or secrets. cook your own foods, monitor caloric levels, always try to do a little better than your last lift, and run some sprints. i just saved you both money and hype. overeating and inactivity is what you need to solve

It's a nice video mate, But you have no idea what hard training is
No you don't have to do these exact exercises. The entire program is laid out for you step by step in John's book. He tells you when to do density training, when to do lactic acid training, when to do combination training and when to do strength movements, how many sets, rest, etc. This was just one sample. : )
