Pink Floyd performing an early version of Sheep called Raving & Drooling live at Knebworth in London, England May 6, 1975
This newsreel clip is the first pro-shot footage of Floyd to ever surface from their most famous period of 1973-1977.
..and almost one month to the day after the November 12, 2010 release of Pink Floyd Live in Oakland 1977 3-disc 2CD/DVD

This is not the first time "new" old footage surfaces of a band right after a Tommygun Video release. It's happened right after I released Genesis Six Hours Live in 2006, Jethro Tull The Minstrel Looks Back in 2008, now this.
Coincidence?
Anyway this clip has been added to the bonus DVD for Pink Floyd Live in Oakland 1977 3-disc 2CD/DVD set. Right now It's only available on NTSC versions of the DVD, PAL version coming soon

  • Why i wasnt born that time....

  • @faunoram I find it depressing that your description of sleeping people cuddled up with loved ones as "f^&ked up" depressing. It was a much better time for the apprciation of the arts. And a free era without having to twitter or update your facebook status every 10 mins. People together, sharing, communicating and experiencing without big eyebrow waxing brutes picking fights because they can't handle their light beer. Not depressing. COOL!

  • Never cried so hard in my whole life. I don't belong here.

  • PEOPLE TALK ABOUT ROCK STARS THESE ARE THE REAL ONES IDK WHY I USED ALL CAPS?

  • I love this footage but Knebworth is thee worst place to watch a show.....the people act like total fucking animals...been there twice...never again

  • Wtf? montreal canadians?

  • @casestudyification I know. Back in the days when people TALKED to each other and (gasp) WATCHED the show without looking at Twitter every 25 seconds.

  • this is the prelude to 'one of these days' from the pnik floyd 'works' album....

the only lyrics in the song are "one of these days im gonna cut you into tiny little pieces"...

  • whene the grass was green :/

  • It is weird when you realize that not one person in the crowd in the 70's has a cell phone.

  • WHAT"s the audio behind (background music ) ?? :|

  • @Ashienoelle i think there is not much footage out there. hi tech was not very "small" at the time. and f the band was not agree with the cameras in the audience
