Here are a couple of drying racks that we use after we have sprayed the lures with paint. The spinner rack utilizes a BBQ Rotisserie with a 2x3 attached to it. The painting sticks are held firmly to the spinner with the use of Velcro. The painting sticks are very handy for the painting and drying process. All of the materials were either scrounged, purchased at the local Home Depot and the alligator clips came from Radio Shack.

  • How fast should the rpm's be?

  • @TonySamuels Hi Tony.....I never checked the RPM's but you could time the rotations from this video. I bet it is about 6 RPM. Cheers!! Jeff

  • The finish coat I use is the water based Polycrylic by MinWax. It is really terrific!
