This is an old video. Comments are disabled. Unfortunately, I have double checked the weights, and on average, they are found to be 2.5% too ligth, so the real weight in this set would be 173-175kg and not 180kg. Anyway, nobody can take away from the effort that I put forth in this set. I have not seen a single video where anyone put forth such an effort, if you know about it, then send me a message so that I can se. Shallow squats does not count in that regard. Train hard!
