I feel sad that you havent taken into consideration the hundreds who are happily living there and who've not been ripped off. you're tarring many with the same brush. Same with builders over here... you dont do your homework then you can always expect to be ripped off. Common sense is a blessing is it not? Still thank you for showing others that we are blessed with the common sense we have,

I have done my homework and although I agree there are many that have bought successfully. Many do their homework and use solicitors who do nothing to support their clients interest, these solicitors are now being reported to the authorities.

If anyone thinks my comments are unfair then just google for turkish forums and read the comments regarding the rip offs, you dont have to take my word for it.

Common decency is a bigger blessing...practice it.

I am one of the mugs who paid in full for a property on Golden Beach Complex, Imbat, Near Altinkum Turkey from Didim Design Grioup who are no longer trading after closing for buisness oweing the Landowner of Golden Beach Complex over £2,000.000+a lot of other monires to buyers on their projects

I am £75,000.00 + furniture at £6.500 out of pocket plus £10,000.. solicitors fees and still the pain continues
