Big 240 lb BABY (English Mastiff) cries for mommy

Took this video before my wife took her baby to Petsmart and I took the other walking. She spoils them both beyond belief.

It seems everybody thinks these dogs are vicious killers and not the biggest babies in the world. Of course they can be mean but that means you would have to attack their lair, owner, etc. As they are lazy dogs who covet attention.

If being loved and spoiled were a crime, these guys would be guilty as charged!! They may be overweight, but they obviously lead a happy life, which is more than can be said for a majority of dogs. To all the haters, at least these guys ain't on a chain tied to a tree in some ghetto or podunk hillbilly's house. Save your snooty comments for the real abuse cases and people who deserve them.

Thanks the comments do not get me down. The brindle mastiff was born without with bone forming in his hind knees. The doctor said once his front legs go he will need to be put down. The fawn is going on 10 years plus and still getting around fine. Much like overweight people in real life sometimes there a medical problem, physicall problem, that contributes to theis situtation. Most folks are judgemental and assume without finding the facts.

I have seen this video a few times over the years. Every time my Fawn English Mastiff hears yours cry, she comes to see whats wrong. :) Your babies are adorable. Dont let the comments about them being overweight bother you. My Mastiff was 170 and overweight. We got her on a diet and she is now 140 (a good weight for her.) You love your dogs and they love you twice as much.

@gow2626 sorry to say it i grew up with mastiffs, had about 10 of them so far, and probably 8 had joint problems, none of them were overweight, its just in the breed...and the older they get, the worse it gets.

@quickglimpse101 You are a true moron. That's the same logic parents use when their kids end up obese. Well at least they are happy. Pure ignorance! Just like kids, an obese dogs quality of life is poor; they suffer many hardships from being obese. I can sort of understand a person not being able to stop shoveling food down their throat, but is it so hard not to overfeed your dog? Stop making yourself sound like a fool, it's embarrassing.

@varsume It is as grossly obvious that these animals are overweight as you are arrogant. I merely stated that they are obviously loved, and although obese, mastiffs only live 7-10 yrs, so IMO it's better to be loved and pampered than chained to a tree or exiled. And I don't even do facebook, so that was a stupid, unapplicable remark. The truth is, asshole, that most dogs born are euthanized. While fat, at least they do recieve medical care and sleep inside. Better n most 3rd world ppl.so STFU
