Embarq is by far the fucking worst piece of shit to get. I do NOT recommend getting it, its slow, and crashes all the time.

watch the video. I did get it reconnected. They realized that they made a mistake and I eventually won. They eventually settled. Recording my phone conversations and Youtubes popularity helped.

Please post my video responce. I was so angry at the represenative and loosing my service that I actually spent the two hours making it. You just seem like the kind of guy impartial enough to give me a voice. Thanks.

If you get a chance, look at the video I made. Embarq shut off my service for over use of unlimited long distance. They are great, until they roll you over and you have no one else to get service from. I doubt my video response will be accepted, but if it is, please check it out.
