Lucas PSA: PK Fireworks

This is my custom moveset for Lucas. It was my first moveset hack, so my main goal was one custom B, one custom smash and one custom taunt. I might continue on this at some point but probably not my next project.

Changes:
- Lightning added to running
- Lightning added to grab ledge animation
- Adding lightning to fsmash hold and fsmash
- Added lightning hits to: Uair, edge attack, trip attack, fmash and A, A, A. Maybe more... I think that's all though.
- Changed Neutral B to "PK Fireworks" If used right after second jump you gain a bit of vertical momentum but you're helpless afterwards so don't miss.
- Changed Usmash to the awesome seizure like thing
- Added hit box to tether
- Changed Up taunt
