After 3-1/2 years of litigation, the order for Judge Crabtree pronounced March 2, 2011 ruled that the shaken baby diagnosis was wrong, but the four children will stay in care for another six months, and it was "up to the parents" whether they were willing to address Ministry concerns with respect to safety of their four children.
