-------Sorry, not gonna translate it any time soon. First, I'm lazy. Second, right now I hate everything about Japan. When I'm over it, there'll be a translation.----- Taken from a promotion TV-show for Gokusen the Movie. The interviewer asked people from different origins, who speak Japanese, to answer some questions about Japan. It might be interesting for people studying Japanese.

  • what is he saying about Belugi pleaase?? ><

  • @KellyDiana28 Do you mean about Belgium? The guy says that he was surprised ,when he saw that Japanese women use their umbrellas on a sunny day - he thought it was a mistake. Because in Belgium tan is considered to be beautiful. Then he points at himself, telling that he is too pale, and that's not good in his homeland. (In Japan it's, of course, the other way round)

  • @unCivilizedInfanta I sometimes feel frustrated when people make comments about different beauty standards or question our way of life. Is anyone way of life or perspective correct? So what if we enjoy snow pale skin complexion. I do not understand others confusion over our culture.

  • @kazakhstanmkj I get your point. But I wasn't criticising anything or anyone. Neither was the guy in the video. On confusion about other cultures -I think it's just natural for people who are not inter-culturally trained.

  • sorry, i'm watching this from an ipod, so i can't see the translations. can you tell me where the last couple was from? i don't know that country's name in japanese :/

  • @obsessedfobfan92 From Argentina.

  • They sound like sims lol

  • Well In the Past A White skin means you where Rich (( well thats what i learned))

Belgium Historie XD And now Everyone here Wants a Darker Skin Because if you are to white ur Ugly and stuff I DON'T GET WHY ....

  • @kazakhstanmkj I noticed in music videos the girls will be under horrible lighting, but then I realized they do it on purpose to make them pale... to us it's just bad lighting, we want to see their beautiful natural skin. I don't have any opinion on how light their skin should be, but it would be nice to have music videos without crappy lighting.

  • @itzruben110 - Argentine guy said the biggest culture shock was Japanese toilets. It's a porcelain pit on the floor and you can't sit on them - you squat.

  • ベルギー!すげー。

    あたしもベルギーから来た。

  • I love the Japanese "surprised" noise.

Especially when they do it all at once.

    "Eeeeeehhhh...?"

  • ahh niggers wanting free study. no wonder europe is dying, niggers want everything but produces nothing

  • Sweden33

  • im from argentina im 16 and my dream is to live in Japan!

  • This is obviously an example of ignorant westerns. No wonder they have developed such a harsh image of us... Those people are making us all look bad.
