Hey guys...I'm sorry I'm so up and down every week..but thats what a weight loss journey is about I suppose...anyways I'm back with another change but I'm not dieting anymore. I decided to just do a lifestyle change and i have decided to become vegan (after reading this book, which I talk about in the video)...I know that I "could" lose weight being a vegan but really this is just a personal choice. I will still pay attention to what I eat though.
P.S. I checked my weight after I did the video and I lost 2 pounds so I am 202 :)
