We were paying about $30 billion in interest costs in 2008..when we were at about $450 billion in debt...We are now over $560 billion and movjng much higher....record debt.. All they have done is help out families and help with the tax burden the liberals put on us in the first place. What can they do about the environment? The liberals increase gas and hydro costs and double taxes them. How does that help? It just lines their pockets. Im not a conservative lover but they are clearly the lesser of two evils. A vote for the liberals now is a vote for a dumbass Coalition that is made up of multiple parties with different agendas that boil down to costing us more!

Both main parties have done things for the environment. Have they moved us toward unrealistic Kyoto targets? No. But if you look it up, laws are making our air cleaner. To me, clean air for our kids is more important than some abstract notion about cutting CO2, something which is necessary for our survival on earth.
