They already have a new one, as of 2003. They probably went through over a dozen different sets in the last fifty years in different parts of the studio, including the basement, and the second floor, where they still, to this day, film their newscasts.

They probably had that news set at WBAY until 1992, when they made it over with pink and blue, and more recently, blue and gold.

I highly doubt it. Brad started in 1986, a year after george graphos did and he always had to play second fiddle to george, he probably left cause he wanted to be chief meterologist somewhere.
