Please read my comment again. Her family come from Kashmir, so to say she represents Hindustan, or main land India is not true. I am simply pointing out the false image this portrays to others who are ignorant of the facts.
Hinduism is derived from the word Hind, which was a geographical term, however it now posses a religious definition rather than the more traditional broader meaning...
You have to have admit though that MOST Hindu people are from Hindustan (India)...
