  • Where is the Cathedral of Learning in the background?

  • had to look it up, the "cathedral" was built in 26, and I think this was more Wagner/Deacon Phillipe era

  • oh wait there's lights duh. Idk, probably couldnt work a deal out with the university and they left it out

  • The center field wall used to be so deep out that they used to keep the batting cage there against it. You didn't see too many bloop home runs in those days like you see now. A guy had to really hit the ball back then for a HR.

  • @nickenna5942 Don't compare their current drought to their performance back in the day. The Buccs won their first world series playing in Forbes Field in 1909.

  • Why are all these cgi representations of old stadiums so lo res?

  • Where is the flagpole and the batting cage at? They're supposed to be in center field by the wall!

  • thats why the pirates suck so bad is because they lost to the cubs in the very first game at this field in 1909
