It SEEMS to be Ukrainian Alfa because russia doesn't like and do not show spetsnaz drill on camera, especially when it is about Alfa or Vympel
But still ukrainian alfa and russian has same technics, especially live ammo and instructors are shooting on purpose with live ammo not so far from soldiers in order to get use them bullets.

Yeah, looks like these are ukraineans. Russians have plenty of new equipment, these guys use only soviet or american (which is not the best american) equipment.
Yes, they speak russian, because many of them are ethnical russians. BTW Russians and Ukraineans are the same people.
