  • Thank you for this. I have this too, but noone take it serious. I'm turning into a zombie and i don't get help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i'm 20 right now, you are not alone. I just found out beginning this year that i have hashimoto hypothyroidism...i'm going for tests every month now cus mine is constantly screwing with me cus mine's an autoimmune prob related in DNA...can't do shit about it.

  • I`m 27 too. Last year I had to go to the hospital in the night because of rapid heart beat. After a year, and back and forth with my doctor they diagnosed me with Hypothyrodism (last month)

I was looking for more info recently, because last night I had a panic attack before going to bed...I think it was set off because my heart beats faster than normal, and got freaked...etc..

I appreciate your video. Thank you :) Hang in there! I`d like to see more updates!

  • I am so sorry that you are having these health issues. You come across as such an intelligent and lovely person. I hope you are able to bounce back and can resolve or at least stabilize your system so you can continue on your way to a healthier you. I subscribed for inspiration and hopefully I can offer some support for you. We are strangers and yet we want the same thing, health and happiness. Only forward, my dear.

  • Don't worry at all about venting to YouTube. It's good for other people to see that everyone deals with different issues - and you never know, watching your struggle with hypothyroidsm may help someone else through what they're dealing with (or help them understand that the way they're feeling actually has a medical root and get help).

We're here for you. :) And you can do this - just take care of yourself and before you know it, you'll feel like your old self again.

  • You got the idea :) You already know what to do. Exercise may go by the wayside but you know how to eat right. It is all up to you. Yes you will have hurdles, but we all do. Yours maybe a little harder, but you already know what to do. Take care of your health first. I am sure you are helping a lot of people suffering with hyper-thyroid. We all understand you may gain weight, but you will know if you are eatting right and getting all your nutrients! Thatis what matters!

  • If you aren't seeing an endocrinologist, I highly recommend that. I tried to go through my PCP for a year and we never really were able to pinpoint the correct dosage/type of medication.

  • Once you know exactly what you're dealing with, and you've got your head around it... you will tackle it head on because thats the person you are. Nothing will beat you. Be positive and think of the bigger picture. HUGS xxx

  • I have hypothyroid and have been around the weightloss channels/groups for about two years now. I am looking forward to your videos on this. I take 25 mcg. of levothyroxine. It helps...but not enough. So I am trying to support my thyroid with healthy eating and that seems to help the most. Your symptoms sound like mine. Please keep doing videos. I will watch. Thanks.

  • Hang in there, Colleen. Your frustration at trying to do all the right things, yet having your body betray your efforts, is very understandable. The first step to a solution is understanding the problem. You mustn't let stress drive you back to bad habits. If you can maintain control over your behaviors, even if your good habits have no obvious effects, you prevent doing further damage to your weight control, and thus, your self-esteem. Seek a solution, and never give up. =^[.]^=
