no of course there's not a declaration or a CUSIP number on the COPY of the birth certificate that your parents (or you) have... you must file a FOIA request on the secretary of state for the state you were born and they'll send you photocopies of the ACTUAL birth certificate which has been securitized. this document is the one we should be talking about
