Problem with my Commodore 64

Instead of sound, I can only hear a noise, nothing more. While using Black Box (ver. 5) cartridge, I was testing the audio by making a music after typing the "←YT" command. By making this operation, I was going through the whole channel tuning. I tried to change the audio output switch from L to H and vice versa. I couldn't hear anything.

What is Black box????

@jsnhrv It's the cartridge with a yellow label. You can see it plugged at 0:04 of the video. It modifies the C=64 interface a little bit by changing the background colours and adds new features like music composing (this is exactly what I've just been trying during this video), compressed program listing, faster loading & saving programs on tapes, datacassette diagnosing etc. Made in Poland by Atrax.

v5.. ciekawe kto do wersji trzeciecj czy czwartej wpisal 5 ;P ... problem: bezpiecznik (jesli magnetfon tez nie dziala) albo sid poszedl (jesli magnet dziala) - ale sida sprawdz tez na gniezdzie A/V, nie tylko via modulator.

Does teh sound function normally without the cartridge? If games give you nothing then you know it'll be the SID which is knackered.

Fortunately, in that case, Ebay is crammed with second-hand Commies to buy.

check ur 1 amp fuse in ur c64 if thats blown that can ur c64 sound

Hmmm... Być może padł SID lub coś w modulatorze.  Ogólnie wg. mnie te blackboxy były ogólnie dziwne: dziwnie się je stosowało itp.
