Another point that I want to mention. How about decreasing the use of electronics and air conditioners, vehicles on your country??? How about investing in health lifestyle, recycling, on teaching Americans people to park their SUV's at home and ride a bike to work???? I guess the first world country has not thought about that yet. I think that before taking what is MINE you should resolve the problems of American lifestyle to help nature provide us with all that we need.

I am here just to say that buying the Amazon would do to thousands of Indian tribes the same horrible thing that your government did your Indians, we here in BRAZIL would NEVER LET THAT HAPPEN TO THEM. They represent Brazil and Amazon is the only thing that we have. THE AMAZON IS OURS!!!!!!!!!

I am very disgusted with the fact that you can talk as if you could buy any land on earth as if there are no owners to it. AMAZON IS OURS AND WE PRESENVE IT BY LETTING NATURE DO ITS COURSE. I am sure that your interest is on the profit that this land can give you. We BRAZILIANS are aware of the amount of money Amazon can give us, but we also know our responsibility on preserving it to give "YOU AND YOUR FAMILY" better quality of life.

The Amazon is part of Brazil, just like the Canyons is part of America. Your interest is on the profit Amazon can provide under the technology that you have. We Brazillians know that. All the gold and sacrate land that we have is beyond what anyone can imagine and is ours. THE AMAZON BELONGS TO BRAZIL...
