  • This is what a martial arts lion dance should be all about. Well executed and brilliant moves and character accompanied with traditional symbolism, without violence.

  • @revolversmoke until u actually get into a lion, you dont realise how hard it is to be the back. your back aches like hell from arching the whole time and on top of that you could be lifting the front part of the lion

  • I remember starting out with the old school lions. a lot heavier and durable than the modern ones. my group did battles back then, so we added extra material to the head like metal studs on the side and a metal rim at the base of the head to ram other lions.
