Tony Bennett singing "I left my heart San Francisco"

OK Here is the deal. This video is the same as the previous except that the upload file process is different. This is my first video made using Adobe Premiere, the File that I exported from Premiere was a 873 Megabites "*.avi" file that it took more than 3 hours to upload.
This is the same file but it is a 47 Megabites "*.divx" file. I took the avi file and using "Divx author 1.5" and without doing (touching or changing) anything made the divx file which is only a 5 percent in file size. I will continue to learn Premiere and then reduce using the REDUCER!! "Divx author". (By the way while I'm preparing this upload, YouTube is still processing the original)
I want to see if there is any difference in the final result. Comments on Premiere use are appreciated and welcomed.
