At the end of Bride Lois Lane leaves Smallville for Star City. There she meets Teal'c and sees how he takes down a robber with his unique form of martial arts. Lois asks him to teach her his way of fighting. He does and they fall in love. But Lois can't forget Clark Kent, so she returns to Smallville. She arrives in the episode Requiem and witnesses Clark kissing Lana. She is hurt and runs away crying. Meanwhile Teal'C realizes that he can't let go of Lois, so he drives to Smallville. There he finds a crying Lois. She tells him that Clark is a bastard and that she is sorry about leaving Teal'c. They decide that they want to be together and quit that boring Smallville town.
