@tua33389 Obama was already passed Preval in the line, when Preval grabbed his forarm, all Obama could do was look at him and continue shaking the hands that were inline with his. Protocol is Protocol. He could not go back in the line to shake Preval's hand. Yes Preval may be a head of state but clearly someone forgot to tell him what the protocol for the function was!!!!! Behave like a head of state NOT a BEGGAR!
